Principal Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with commercial product managers to develop proposals, provide solution evaluation, cost and price negotiations.
  • Maintains relationships and manages the day-to-day business relationships with your Verizon stakeholders and clients, and identifies growth opportunities on key businesses.
  • Manage the VLS concept funnel with Verizon product managers
  • Assist with driving the creation of prototypes
  • Clearly communicate and manage expectations with the client on capabilities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Assist with business case development and ROI analysis
  • Serves as primary point of contact to existing clients on general account maintenance.
  • Provides technical guidance on product specifications and provides troubleshooting/conflict resolution.
  • Track and analyze usage trends and prepare internal reports.
  • Utilize third-party research tools to support strategy development and provide competitive analysis.
  • Optimize current product offerings and create new product offerings in tandem with operations and product teams

What we’re looking for...

You will need to have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of experience in large client solution sales or account management in the field of digital advertising, technology, or data solutions
  • Product Management experience with a background in digital
  • CX design expertise
  • Business case development experience

Even better if you have

  • MBA preferred
  • Skilled at quickly developing presentations, reporting and other internal documents for strategic stake-holdering and product pitches
  • Willing and able to collaborate across boundaries to get work done and drivebusinessforward.
  • Strong customer focus – promoting customer satisfaction, resolution and loyalty.
  • Must havestrongunderstanding of digital marketplace and understanding of the competitive landscape in which we operate.
  • Able to work effectively and excel in a matrix organization and possess the ability to adapt to a changing environment quickly and easily
