What you’ll be doing...

UX Design

  • Interacting with design leads on design goals, requirements and implementation
  • Explore and evaluate user needs to build compelling design concepts and experiences
  • Generate innovative ideas, solutions, and opportunities and find ways to apply those ideas to enhance business results.
  • Strong analytical ability to investigate problem statements and creative intelligence to solve complicated use cases
  • Design based on sound usability principles, research and technical feasibility.
  • Express solutions through design documents such as sitemaps, user flows, and wireframes.
  • Partner with the broader design team on research and integrate findings into design through an iterative process.
  • Perform competitive audits and provide recommendations.
  • Appropriately use organizations digital standards and guidelines

  • Hands-on design practioner who is passionate about next gen digital experiences
  • Responsive interface expertise
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good in layout composition and interaction design principles
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Axure/invision and Sketch
