What you’ll be doing...

  • Maintain on‐going interaction with internal client groups and other functional areas relating to objectives, deliverables, resource allocation and related matters within the Collections & RecoverySystems and processes.
  • Build Field, staff and IT relationships and create satisfaction through the project and task lifecycle.
  • Participate and represent Financial Services in order to provide input as a subject matter expert on Project Requirement Gathering sessions with multiple Lines of Business and external vendors.
  • Utilize expertise with managing multiple, inter-related projects and planning for a well formulated enhancement & implementation.
  • Analyze and interpret business results on a daily basis answering the why behind the numbers.
  • Identify, quantify and validate business hypotheses through data driven analytics approaches driving learning into operational action that improve outcomes within the Digital Finance construct.
  • Conduct analysis and publication of results with identification of areas of weakness and the creation and implementation of corrective action plans.
  • Assisting team in identifying, troubleshooting and resolving problems related to system processes, data reporting, software, hardware, ETL and data aggregation.
  • Articulate a system solution to all business partners and IT partners including Senior Leadership.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on complex processes or issues to the assigned team and work stream.
  • Maintain systems documentation, tables, and data analysis in the Collections and RecoveryManagement environment.
  • Assist in creating and maintain automated SSIS SQL Server Scheduling packages and SSMS for data extraction and aggregation to support critical reporting dashboards and ongoing data needs.
  • Bridge communication among technical and non-technical project staff and clients.
  • Business case planning, business and functional requirement analysis, use case creation and execution, system design and interpretation, pre- and post-production testing and implementation.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need toyou have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
  • Two or more years of experience incollections, credit or related environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel, PowerPoint, Gsuite.
  • Knowledge of ETL, merging complex data sets and data visualization.
  • Two or more year of experience creating complex SQL queries including Case Statements and OLAP.
  • One to two years of experience in utilizing Tableau to deliver business intelligence.
  • Experience in report query and design.
  • Experience in Credit Screening and Deposit Management type systems.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
