What you’ll be doing...

This role will be responsible for project management of Digital initiatives and performing administrative activities for PMO systems/tools, specifically Atlassian products

As part of the project management role, you’ll

  • Provide end to end life cycle management of Digital efforts from Ideation through implementation phase.
  • Facilitate, manage and report status on all phases of the project lifecycle and lead the stakeholder team(s) through each phase including - Gating, Requirements, Design, Development, Testing and ROI tracking.
  • Work with cross channel business units to secure necessary strategic alignment and delivery best customer experience.
  • Work with cross functional IT application teams to assess impacts, ensure engagement and timely delivery of Digital initiatives.
  • Facilitate and manage the engagement of all impacting stakeholder teams (such as Legal, Finance, QA/UAT, Security, Network, VOC, external vendors etc.,) to deliver a quality product.
  • Build, Manage and Control Project Delivery Plan and report critical milestone updates to leadership.
  • Lead the project team through any roadblocks and ensure progress in working with Digital leadership for resolutions.
  • Tracks program/project level status and metrics to communicate progress/roadblocks, revalidate execution methods where needed and streamline delivery aligned with projected ROI.
  • Document and manage all program/project documentation
  • Identify and documents process improvements/changes that help streamline/improve time to market solutions.

As part of Atlassian tool administration, you’ll

  • Provide configuration and administrative support of Atlassian products & plug-ins
  • Administer JIRA instances on a day to day basis, setting up & supporting user access privileges, project roles, workflows, security & plug-ins
  • Perform periodicmaintenance and daily audits to identify and resolve performance blockers
  • Develop metrics, dashboards, and advanced filters in JIRA/Confluence to provide end-users and business leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports
  • Develop JIRA/Confluence/Portfolio plugin framework for managing and reporting

    What we’re looking for...

    You'll need to have:

    • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
    • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
    • Six or more years of relevant Program/Project Management experience.

    Even better if you have:

    • A degree.
    • Atlassian Certification/Training In JIRA & Confluence.
    • Three or more years of wireless sales project management experience or experience with wireless industry trends and key business drivers.
    • Three or more years of hands-on experience in configuration and support of Atlassian products including but not limited to JIRA Software, associated plug-ins and extensions, Portfolio, Reporting, JIRA Projects Role, Access and administration, Confluence, Stash/Bitbucket, eazyBI.
    • Experience with documentation management, change management, gating processes, prioritization and structured learning on ecommerce portals.
    • Experience in administering, customizing JIRA projects and performing migrations.
    • Experience creating complex JIRA workflows including project workflows, security schemes, screen schemes, JIRA vocabulary, permission and notification schemes.
    • Experience with Confluence including security, spaces, design, integration with JIRA.
    • Experience with all project management fundamentals.
