What you’ll be doing...

The Go To Market (GTM) Manager is responsible for the field execution of initiatives for the consumer sales/service channels within their respective area. This manager would represent HQ GTM in the field and partners with sales and service teams at the area level to ensure clarity and understanding of all GTM launch activities and successful execution of GTM Launches. Additionally, this manager would be responsible for managing the feedback loop at the area level, as well as advocating for the field by partnering with local leaders to gain insight on what the field needs to be successful at the front line. While acting as a liaison between the front line and HQ, we will be able to develop nationally aligned strategies, that will shape how HQ GTM can become more efficient and thorough in future of product, service, and promotional launches.

This position also requires the manager to:

  • Capture feedback that contributes to a nationally aligned strategy.
  • Own field execution to drive sales and service results/priorities.
  • Focus on consumer and employee experience.
  • Be a voice of the employee for all GTM launches.
  • Responsible for ensuring the field operations teams are adequately informed.
  • Respond to all local inquiries related to the launch activities.
  • Provide expertise and information clarity support of GTM national content with market leaders following national briefings through launch execution.
  • Conduct marketing promotion and product launch postmortems to gain insight and feedback post-launch.
  • Develop improvements to overall process/procedure while partnering with other HQ teams to drive execution of those improvements for future launches.
  • Develop and cultivate effective relationships with key stakeholders to understand needs/gain efficiencies across team functions and continually drive improvement.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Master’s degree – more impressive if you have an MBA.
  • Digital experience and knowledge of trends and key business drivers.
  • Presented findings and insights targeted to what that audience cares about (up to the executive level).
  • Analyzed what’s important from a variety of sources to provide a holistic view of the marketplace, competitive factors, risks, and opportunities.
  • Juggled multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Designed custom research approaches to gain broader or deeper consumer and market insights.
  • Translated market knowledge and strategy into compelling stories and tools for the sales team.
