What you’ll be doing...

As a critical member of the Corporate Services Group (CSG) in the Global Technology Services (GTS) team, you will have the opportunity to be part of an exciting transformation. You will drive strategic ideation, organizational planning, architecture and delivery of supply chain and finance initiatives to enable digital transformation, operational efficiency, new revenue growth and innovation supporting Consumer, Business and Network operations. In this role, you will spearhead business partnering, will provide financial guidance while managing and delivering Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) for Supply Chain IT.

  • Lead operational excellence with Managed Services, prioritize work for the Vendor, ensure Lean-Agile development, manage delivery commitment and ensure quality and best practices in software delivery.
  • Partner with business partners to align strategy and roadmap for our platforms and products. You will drive your team to implement Agile practices and rapid delivery across business verticals.
  • Partner with cross delivery teams and business partners to ideate strategic roadmap, to build business cases and to chart high level outlook for the organization in terms of achieving process efficiency while balancing capacity and spend. You will manage project spends against target, will engage with vendors for statement of work and time & material resources as necessary.
  • Work with security and audit teams to drive and manage compliance scorecard across supply chain and finance organization. As part of it; you will drive security best practices and implementation of new regulatory standards as CCPA.
  • Manage skill evaluation, talent assessment across supply chain and finance organization and will help develop strategic talent goals for Verizon 2.0.
  • Develop a high performing team, will groom talents to learn and implement next-gen technologies in strategic products and platforms. You will manage performance of team members by setting objectives, evaluating performance and providing micro feedbacks in regular interval.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree in computer science or computer engineering.
  • Knowledge in Supply Chain, Finance, and Telecommunication.
  • In-depth work experience in Application delivery, vendor management, IT strategy and planning.
  • Experience in Business Analysis, Project & Program Management, Operations & Delivery Management, Business & IT Solutions Architecture.
  • Hands on experience in Client and Business Relationship Management, Risk Management, Change and Release Management, Contract Negotiation, Budgeting and tracking against capital plans.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Suite and Google Collaboration Tools. Executive presentation skills using Power Point and Google Slides. Advanced skills of Excel, Google sheets.
  • Experience in Agile Delivery, DevOps, CI/CD. Hands on experience in Agile and DevOps tools such as Jira, Jenkins, Confluence, Fortify, and SonarQube.
  • Experience is SAP, SAP Cloud, PeopleSoft.
  • Good understanding of Security best practices, OWASP vulnerabilities. Knowledge of privacy policy like CPNI,General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act.
