  • Drive strategic initiatives supporting corporate expense reduction and/or revenue improvement initiatives.
  • New Products / Vendors Onboarding
    • Participate on calls with marketing and sourcing teams to understand the structure and function of new products and partners. Assign ownership to team members.
    • Follow ups on the onboarding process to make sure that vendors and services are set up accurately in settlement system per contract terms, rules and rates.
    • Interface with accounting to make sure GL entries can be booked correctly. Provide support for FP&A teams.
  • Determine settlements systemenhancements required for new contract implementations and to improve existing settlements process; interface with IT on project milestones, oversee project requirements, etc.
  • Develop controls and review transactional data to ensure that information flows through to billing; eliminate fallout as needed.
  • Explore automation opportunities in the new partner / product stack, establishing linkage with payable / receivable systems. Provide cost-benefit analysis for new projects to business and IT governance teams.
  • Collaborate with sourcing teams to research any issues and for contract terms clarification.
  • Develop and update documentation on content settlement process.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or Computer Science or relevant disciplines.
  • Professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA, PMP).
  • Four or more years of management experience.
  • Ability to negotiate issues across multiple teams in environment of constant change.
  • Knowledge of ordering/provision/billing systems and/or process flows.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to investigate and determine root cause of issues.
  • Experience in continuous improvement initiatives and project management.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to act quickly an pragmatically under pressure to prioritize and resolve customer-impacting issues.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office - Excel and PowerPoint.
