What you’ll be doing...

As a member of the Device and Product Marketing organization, you will be a key contributor to the department’s performance management and executive communications efforts. Reporting to the department Chief of Staff, you will have primary responsibility for the creation and editing of executive-level presentations, ensuring accuracy and appropriateness of content. You will work closely with the team to track the development of devices and products in order to analyze and report on KPIs and other relevant metrics, and create compelling visuals and reports. You will be the key point of contact for ad hoc presentation materials, partnering with department leadership to deliver on-time deliverables in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate must have the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities while maintaining close attention to detail.

  • Develop executive level presentations, managing key milestones to ensure flawless, on-time execution.
  • Interpret data and translate into compelling visual performance reports.
  • Track and report on department actions and associated deliverables.
  • Knowledge of device and product roadmap and major initiatives to inform reporting.
  • Maintain flexibility in a dynamic environment and react quickly to change.
  • Support on special projects as needed.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Management or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Advanced PPT or presentation skills.

  • A degree.
  • Experience working with marketing projects and programs.
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Experienced and comfortable with written and verbal communications with senior executives.
