What you’ll be doing...

You will be a Digital CRM manager in our transactional communications team and part of a program that manages more than 3 billion interactions with our customers each year. Your role will be orchestrate those communications into a best-in-class customer experiencing, by defining - and working with IT to implement - business requirements that drive highly personalized email, push and text communications. You will help deliver integrated communications that increase brand recognition, build customer confidence, lower call volumes, and drive revenue.

In this role, you’ll assist in all activities related to campaign deployment – including the strategic, tactical and support functions (creative, project management, technology, and analytics). You’ll be involved in leveraging marketing technology to drive business performance and an excellent customer experience.

Campaign Integration & Orchestration

  • Create best-in-class post-transaction communications experiences.
  • Integrate disparate and duplicate messaging into cohesive and clear transactional program.
  • Document and deliver communications that align to requirements from key stakeholders within legal and the broader business.
  • Drive incremental revenue through relevant and integrated cross-selling within campaigns.

Campaign Execution & Delivery

  • Partner with internal teams (business/product sponsors, brand, care, legal), agencies and vendors to ensure on-time and accurate completion of projects.
  • Develop creative briefs for complex, rules-based, multi-step customer communications programs.
  • Ensure proper HTML presentation and the quality of all outbound campaigns on desktop and mobile.
  • Deliver insight and research for optimizing communication programs; customer journey mapping, cross-sell campaign strategies, personalization, and A/B testing.
  • Leverage campaign results, analytics and direct marketing best practices to optimize communications for key performance metrics.

Technical Planning & Design

  • Knowledge on data specifications to ensure required data fields are available for campaigns.
  • Develop requirements to establish campaign API configurations to drive triggered communications.
  • Helping to perform extensive testing and creating scenarios to extract & validate data.
  • Develop & utilize appropriate quality assurance standards, methods, or procedures to ensure overall product quality and/or release readiness.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with a “Tier 1” commercial email deployment platform.
  • Experience with commercial marketing clouds (Adobe Campaign, Responsys, and/or Salesforce) and building complex marketing workflows with multiple data sources.
  • High degree of independence and resourcefulness – experience balancing multiple projects, prioritizing responsibilities and meeting deliverable dates with limited supervision.
  • Knowledge of campaign performance analysis to drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience in solution design, development and technical consulting through tight collaboration between business and IT teams.
  • Experience with lifecycle and/or customer-facing marketing programs.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree or Master’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Design, Management Information Systems, or a relevant IT or Technology field or MBA.
  • Adobe Campaign Certification
  • Experience in technical scripting languages (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RPL, Python, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Teradata SQL.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, research and organization skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to be a team player and work across multiple teams to support varied business objectives.
