What you’ll be doing...

You’ll be working to identify and resolve complex issues impacting the timeliness and accuracy of our customers' usage-related invoice charges. You will be representing and supporting our traffic mediation team on strategic initiatives, new project and/or product implementations, and general operational support for the primary system auditors. Examples may include:

  • Investigating root causes, communicating with appropriate investigation teams, and managing work queues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Create and submit user stories for new or enhanced audits by published deadlines.
  • Work closely with IT to drive systems solutions for production issues.
  • Perform complex audits and controls.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Computer Science.
  • Analytical skills and enjoy solving complex problems.
  • Detailed-oriented.
  • Experience identifying risks and providing solutions.
