What you’ll be doing...

A vital part of the customer experience will be in your hands as you make sure customers receive monthly invoices on-time and accurately. When customers or business partners have questions about their bills, you will collaborate across functions to resolve them. Your role is critical in ensuring that our customers are invoiced correctly, in a timely manner and find it easy to do business with us.

  • Supporting monthly invoice generation which includes gathering billing data, assuring billing accuracy, calculating and posting charges, and creating and distributing invoices.
  • Reviewing and researching data to identify and resolve errors and billing variances.
  • Processing required customer credits and monitoring contractual commitments.
  • Collaborate with leadership and team members to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.
  • Coordinating rating calculations and adjustments and providing written confirmation of resolution.
  • You will also be the direct point of contact for customer inquiries. Having a focus on accuracy, timely delivery, and continuous improvement will enable you to make it easy for our customers to do business with us.
  • Ensuring proper controls are maintained.

What we’re looking for...

You are a well-organized person who enjoys managing work efficiently to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have strong analytical and problem solving skills, but you’ll also have a customer service orientation and be a great communicator who can interact well with a diverse range of people.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • One or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Even better if you have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • Experience with Teradata 13 or higher.
