What you’ll be doing...

Work in collaboration with our Senior Solutions Architect supporting an integrated Enterprise Solution for our client. Responsible for on-going design and implementation for a complex integrated Enterprise Solution including routers, switches, firewalls and virtualized Microsoft systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales teams to gather design requirements and review proposed solutions.
  • Create detailed designs from high level solutions.
  • Implement solution designs including working with third party vendor integrations.
  • Multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Communicate effectively across various functions and work groups.
  • Work well in a team environment.
  • Build and maintain excellent customer relationship.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a government issued security clearance
  • Cisco knowledge in CUCM, CUCC, VoIP, Routers, Switches and Firewalls.
  • Knowledge of QOS (Cisco autoQOS, Diffserv, WFQ etc.)
  • Experience with Networking, Routing, Switching and Security Appliances (Firewalls/IDS/IPS).
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills, working with networking tools, tcpdumps, logs, sniffers.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree in information systems or engineering.
  • Knowledge of IT system design principles including creation of IP Tables, Layer 2 and Layer 3 Visio diagrams.
  • Experience in Enterprise Multichannel Contact Center solutions and/or complex network environments.
  • Experience with IP Telephony (VoIP) and related Network/Security Infrastructure.
  • Single Sign-On (SSO) using authentication protocols including SAML, Kerberos, NTLM and LDAP.
  • F5 Load Balancers including Geographic and Local Load balancing as well as SSO and portal design and implementations.
  • Microsoft AD and servers including FISMA security hardening as well as GPO Policies.
  • Experience as technical contributor to System Security Plans as well as Detailed Design documentation including working with third party Vendors to incorporate individual unit configurations with overall solution designs.
  • Knowledge with change requests (CR) and processes.
  • Relevant industry certification(s).
