What you’ll be doing...

The Consultant: Security Transport/Executive Chauffeur is primarily responsible for the safe and secure transportation of the corporation’s highest level executives on a daily basis. The Executive Chauffeur/ Protection Officer is also responsible for performing security advances, when necessary, for business meetings and special event locations. In addition, the Executive Chauffeur/Protection Officer performs directed transportation services, office administrative functions and assists the principal as directed.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides logistical support, transportation and protection of Executive.
  • Coordinates movement and logistics to support the Executive’s itinerary.
  • Provide vehicular escort services to Executive when needed, including nights and weekends.
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicle (interior and exterior).
  • Maintain travel log and any additional billing information/notes as needed.
  • Ability to drive out of state when necessary while keeping in constant communication with Security Operations Center.
  • Provides logistical support, transportation and protection of Executive.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Ability to conduct counter surveillance activities in the vicinity and along the route.
  • Executive Protection experience.
  • Ability to be flexible, work in fast paced, dynamic environment, and motivated to work independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Experience interfacing with high level executives from diverse arenas (C-Suite Executive relations).
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to schedule and manage intricate travel arrangements and anticipate all contingencies.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task with a track record as a strategic thinker capable of foreseeing impact of simultaneous projects.
  • First Aid/CPR/AED certification
  • Ability to check traffic, road conditions and plan alternate routes to ensure an on-time arrival.
  • Flexible with Executive and driving assignments based upon need.
  • Advanced driving training including Anti-hijack defensive training.
  • Customer service skills and ability to maintain absolute customer confidentiality and security.
