What you’ll be doing...

Successful candidates typically have 3-5 years of software development experience in latest technology stacks with strong focus on Incident Response as well as technical certifications to reinforce their practical experience. Candidate should have good communication and collaborations skills as well as a good technical and architectural understanding of Billing and formatting applications.

On a day to day basis analyst will assist with managing multiple environments, which includes development of new modules, maintaining existing modules by enhancing them as well as proactively propose improvements in performance for the application.


•Develop business modules in latest technologies Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Integration, Oracle, PostgreSQL, REST, NodeJS, Angular.

•Modify existing modules based on the business requirements, unit carry out unit test based on unit test cases and support production propagation of the changes with quality.

•Review and propose opportunity to improve system performance

•Should be able to develop cloud ready modules

•Have the changes reviewed by the lead and have HC validation completed with the change before ETA.

•Carry out configurations required for the application to function and generate proper bills.

•Come up with a backup strategy for all the changes

• Additional Duties:

•Come up with backup strategy for the application and implement it.

•Identify the application behaviors which impacts SLA and analyze the same and come up with solutions.

•Verify the effectiveness of actions taken with respect to application.

•Update stakeholders on the status of the development and testing. Conduct a root cause analysis for the incident.

•Communicate the results of the root cause analysis to Customer and stakeholders to prevent similar incidents in the future.

•Use the results of the analysis as an input for improvements.

•Proactive management of Monitoring and Analytics solution.

•Help develop operational metrics to illustrate application health

•POC in case of technical escalations.

What we’re looking for...


•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, plus at least 3-5 years’ experience in software programming and DevOps

•Strong understanding of SDLC lifecycle, and hands on experience of working in agile projects

•3 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Integration, Oracle, PostgreSQL, NodeJS, Angular, risk management, operational management.

•2 years of experience in AWS development which includes understanding AWS instance types, optimal resources and cost, automation of environments using Jenkins, Ansible/Python.

•Hands on experience in Enterprise Integration Platforms like Apache Camel.

•Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers at both technical and executive levels

•Strong understanding and experience in DevOps tools like Jira, Jenkins, GitLab etc

•Clear and concise written and oral English, including the ability to produce professional-level documentation.

•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

•Proactive approach to customer issues

•Ability to excel in high pressure environments

Preferred Skills:

•Strong log analytics skills

•Certifications in Java, PostgreSQL and understanding of other industry trends.

•Understanding of modern trends in programming and cloud technologies

•Understanding of Billing and formatting
