What you’ll be doing...

  • Performing routine traffic audits and root cause analysis to identifyissues impacting the revenue stream.
  • Identifying errors and performing corrective actions to return revenue to billing in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with internal business partners such as IT, Order Entry, Billing, Account Teams, Network Engineering, etc.
  • Researching ticket inquiries from both customers and internal business partners to deliver a great customer experience.
  • Providing detailed reporting to management and other stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Contributing to strategic goals through process improvement, innovative solutions, and eliminating waste.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office / Google tools
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while balancing competing priorities.
