What you’ll be doing...

This position is responsible for supporting Loyalty events within the Experiential marketing organization. The Sr. Analyst will project manage programs and work with internal cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns that deliver against key business objectives. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Ensure best-in-class event performance by tracking assets to ensure deliverables are being executed and full execution value is achieved.
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams and Integrated Marketing to communicate and share partner assets for creative use in marketing campaigns and Verizon Up loyalty program.
  • Support Super Ticket Operations with:
    • End-to-end product owner and project manager for Super Tickets
    • Manage drop schedule & fulfilment operations
    • Lead operational strategy for ticket fulfilment and communications
    • Lead contingency planning
    • Manage targeting criteria (if applicable)
    • Lead functionality enhancements & fixes, and create and secure IT prioritization for user stories related to targeting, caches and testing.
    • Serve as main contact for Care
    • Define & implement improved processes, including systems integrations and APIs.
    • Manage timelines and deliverables
    • Ensure all rewards are executed successfully in the app
  • Support agency communication and help direct program activation elements (onsite branding, brand ambassadors, tickets, access, etc.)
  • Partner with the agency to track measurement of entertainment program effectiveness and ROI.
  • Regularly communicate with local market teams, track local entertainment programs, initiatives and needs.
  • Manage incoming invoices and track overall entertainment budget.
  • Maintain overview presentations of entertainment programs and partners. Develop clear, concise executive reports for leadership use.
  • Manage incoming internal and external asks for partner assets and ad hoc entertainment requests.
  • Monitor external entertainment marketing trends and bring best practices to our programs.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience in project management, organizational leadership, and agency management.
  • Understanding of loyalty programs, marketing communications and new and emerging media platforms (i.e. mobile, digital, social media).
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Expert in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Telecom or Technology companies.
