What you’ll be doing...

As a Manager of Talent Management, you will:

  • Design and develop the framework of talent programs and serve as the national program champion who enables local execution.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of leadership development programs, leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.
  • Lead annual talent calibration and succession planning initiative, coordinating with national HR team to develop robust content for director and above talent discussions. Interface and plan talent sessions for the Executive team in partnership with HRBP leaders who support Consumer Group functional areas.
  • Ensure the completion of the onboarding process for all new-to-role Directors and the assignment of executive coaches for new-to-role leaders.
  • Collaborate with corporate talent team for leadership development and executive recruiting activities. Partner with national HR, L&D, and business leaders to foster alignment on talent initiatives and performance management strategies that are critical to meeting business needs.
  • Serve as talent advisor for Consumer HRBP team and provide thought leadership by identifying and sharing internal and external best practices.
  • Maintain and enhance talent document templates and work with internal partners to automate templates when possible. Audit talent document completion to substantiate performance and development plans.
  • Develop criteria for evaluating program results, monitor and analyze impact, and provide regular presentations and read-outs to senior leadership on effectiveness of talent programs; manage talent program budget and expenses.
  • Maintain and enhance partnerships with Legal, IT, and Learning & Development to ensure a variety of solutions (online, F2F) are created; act as Liaison with WFD and areas on talent development programs.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel.

  • A degree.
  • Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel (knowledge of website design a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills with experience in large group settings.
  • Experience in leading large-scale change.
  • Strong organization skills, project management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of business operations.
  • Proven ability to build alliances, influence others, and work in a team environment.
  • Ability to be proactive, prioritize work, and handle multiple assignments in a timely manner.
  • Capability to use of creativity and innovation to develop and champion new ideas with a focus on continuous improvement.
