What you’ll be doing...

As an HR Analyst you’ll be completing the following:

  • Maintaining, tracking, and reading-out on progress of HR operational plans, special projects, programs, escalations, and ad-hoc requests
  • Delivering timely and accurate routine and ad-hoc reports & scorecards to track and evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of HR processes, including performance and talent cycles, training, legal, compliance, and recognition
  • Partnering with relevant HR and cross-functional teams to aggregate data, content, and reports to support delivery of routine and ad-hoc updates and reports for key leaders and stakeholders
  • Supporting all aspects of planning and coordination of key initiatives, meetings, events, and national projects, as needed
  • Providing ad-hoc support to meet the needs of HR team and stakeholders in driving organizational effectiveness

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelors of Arts or Science degree in Human Resources, Industrial Labor Relations, or Business Administration
  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience
  • Knowledge of Verizon Wireless products and services, functions, policies, and procedures preferred
  • Knowledge of HR Operations functions, metrics and both tactical and strategic objectives
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and technical office skills (advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, reporting and database skills) required; experience with “G Suite” preferred
  • High professional standards for customer service, confidentiality, integrity, and quality of work
  • Ability to work independently without close supervision and effectively manage priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent, organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Results oriented, strong sense of urgency, proactive and flexible
  • Teamwork oriented
  • HRIS systems and/or financial reporting experience preferred (PeopleSoft)
  • Understanding of project management processes & tools preferred
