What you’ll be doing...

The Verizon Lifecycle Delivery team provides easy, proactive customer service using the PM Best Practices and ITIL CSI methodology while deploying the most recent IT technology that provides our clients a simple, customized and reliable network experience.

  • Responsible for VES Data Wireline Implementation.
  • Responsible to support Data ordering activities for VES non Federal customers.
  • Average number of customers being supported 6 to 10.
  • Conduct regular Meetings with Customers /Vendor support teams.
  • Provide updates regarding Implementation and Service Delivery.
  • Forecast and End of Month Calls to assist with how the order should be implemented.
  • Respond to Visit Customers with Account Teams in the field to represent Implementation Process/Address Executive Levels on Customer Escalations; both internally and externally.
  • Participate in Quarterly Reviews with Customers representing the Implementation of Orders.
  • Attend weekly calls with customers and/or account teams.
  • Lead towards achieving Customer metrics including: CSAT, Ordering interval and all Revenue targets.
  • Assist in prioritizing orders when escalations occur.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Associates's degree or two or more years of work experience.
  • One or more years of customer service experience.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Bilingual Fluency in Spanish and English

Even better if you have:

  • Windows, Microsoft office – including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Critical thinking in decision making process.
  • Knowledge of voice and data networks.
  • Ability to deliver written and verbal messages to customer base.
