What you’ll be doing...

The Business Intelligence Consultant will partner with the business teams (Digital Operations, Sales, Service, Finance, Marketing, Customer Experience, etc) to find opportunities for process optimization and effectiveness of different courses of action using data models. The consultant will have knowledge of what's going on with the business, identifying the right data, conducting research, and doing analysis to come up with prescriptive insights and reporting to guide business decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with business groups to understand business needs and staying up to date on all the product initiatives, enhancements, and roadmaps.
  • Drive User Adoption across multiple different business partners and stakeholders.
  • Use predictive modeling to optimize customer experience and business strategies.
  • Analyzing data and clearly communicating findings to stakeholders.
  • Providing the metrics needed to support business goals.
  • Framing data insights in the context of top business goals.
  • Creating new business intelligence services and support to address emerging needs.
  • Commitment to determine size of problems and realized benefits.

You are a good listener and are able to translate business questions into the right analysis to find the answer. You know how to enable others to utilize the product suite and address how it can be beneficial for different business needs.

You will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Business, or relevant technical discipline.
  • Six or more years of work experience.
  • Experience with managing projects for multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with Python, SQL, Hadoop, Jira, Google Suite.
  • Experience in business case development.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements and validating against EDW.
  • Experience in developing and using key performance indicators to drive business performance.
  • Experience working with Adobe Analytics.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence Algorithms.
  • Excellent presentation skills, including ability to create presentations using Google Slides, and presenting to all levels of an organization.
  • Experience creating, training, and demonstrating videos.
  • Ability to drive results at all levels, regardless of reporting structures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with senior staff members and front line employees.
