What you’ll be doing...

The Data Warehouse Analyst Manager performs a crucial role within the data warehouse to foster and maintain a strategic relationship between the business and IT. You will manage a small team and play the key role as leader and mentor. Your team will analyze complex business issues and requirements via user stories, document and deliver the data strategy, in order to enable the business to discover insights within the data.

The successful candidate will display a blend of skills including leadership, influence, business acumen, deductive reasoning, project leadership, management skills and communication. Enjoy working across multiple areas in the business with a variety of stakeholders to drive and lead change.


  • Manage a team of professionals that provide oversight of all aspects of the project lifecycle in a data warehouse environment.
  • Guide the overall strategic and tactical direction for the data solutions analyst team.
  • Responsible for vetting and routing new requests as they come in to support prioritized projects from the business.
  • Responsible for allocation of projects based on availability of resources and prioritization.
  • Ensure your team successfully executes on delivering projects as requested.
  • Be a trusted advisor providing value-added decision support and guidance to your team and management.
  • Provide decision support and guidance; lead ad-hoc presentation development and executive review.
  • Manage the team employee life cycle processes (Recruiting, Performance, Development, Career and Compensation).
  • Support the use of JIRA and Clarity for project impact and alignment in an agile and waterfall environment.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Management experience.
  • Five or more years of experience in the wireless industry.
  • One or more years of experience in Teradata and Big Data Platforms.
  • Experience with database querying (SQL) and writing / interpreting complex queries.
  • Ability to manage and work with both technical and non-technical team/staff members.
  • Ability to lead and deliver change and contribute to culture change successfully.
  • Work with stakeholders to find reasonable and pragmatic solutions to issues.
  • Ability to work independently and own end to end responsibilities for project execution.
  • Curious, analytical mind with the ability to identify and assess key business risks and controls.
  • Ability to influence business colleagues and work collaboratively across teams.
