What you’ll be doing...

  • Responsible for providing technical support for customer's Global network environment including but not limited to network incident identification, documentation, escalation and resolution.·
  • Provide data network advanced technical support and direction to lower level technicians in a Network Operation environment.·
  • Execute Network change requests submitted by the Customer.

What we’re looking for...

  • Having 3- 4 years of experience in Networking Technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in Network troubleshooting and configuring routers and switches (LAN/WAN/Wireless environment), have an advanced understanding of the OSI model, including TCP/IP, client/server designs, routing protocols (including but not limited to OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), LAN technologies (including but not limited to FDDI, Ethernet, Wireless, VLANs, NAT, ACLs, QoS), WAN technologies (including but not limited to Internet, ATM, MPLS, Frame-Relay, ISDN, private lines).·
  • Minimum Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) “Routing and Switching” certification
  • Strong customer service and support skills
  • Requires a Bachelors/Master’s degree
  • ITIL (mandate) training / certification
  • Strong written / verbal communication
  • Knowledge and/or certifications including but not limited to ITIL, Software Defined Network VMWare, Virtual Network Services and Cloud Services
