Join our Corporate Information Security Team focused on enterprise information risk management.

The goal of the Senior Information Security Risk Analyst position is to develop a financial based risk calculation model for both business and delivery risk of information systems across the enterprise.

As a Senior Information Security Risk Analyst on our team, you will collaborate with security teams, legal teams, information technology executives, and business executives to understand the sources of risk and the financial impacts to drive requirements. This will involve calculating risk probability, and collaborating on mitigation strategies, remediation processes, and risk acceptance.

The Senior Information Security Risk Analyst will work with our development team to transform the requirements into working solutions. Each area of risk will be quantified in a repeatable process for consistent financial risk numbers that can be programmatically generated.

The successful candidate will continuously evolve, improve, and refine the financial risk calculation model to ensure the maximum benefit to the enterprise as factors change over time.

Additional duties include the following:

  • Provide leadership and coordination to a cross functional team to meet objectives in a timely manner
  • Create recommendations using strong analytical skills to interpret data and effectively communicate recommendations to the leadership team and follow through with accountability
  • Create and maintain informative technical and procedural documentation for various teams\stakeholders in order for others to effectively understand the risk program
  • Provide analytics support through audio-visual presentations/demonstrations as well as frequent interaction with stakeholders, peer teams, and management to gauge progress and effectiveness of the new risk program

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in Information Security, Technology, IT Operations, or Security Risk Management.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree in Information Systems, Technology, Information Assurance, Information Security or relevant field.
  • Six or more years of experience in calculating risk probability, mitigation strategies, remediation processes, and risk acceptance.
  • Certifications: CRISC, PMP, CISSP, CISM, CISA.
  • Knowledge of emerging technology/ regulations and the security governance implications.
  • Experience implementing information security risk strategies.
  • Knowledge of cyber security risk management concepts, cybersecurity frameworks, control standards, secure coding principles, and security technologies.
  • Knowledge of information security fundamentals, best practices and industry standards with responsibilities of protecting information assets.
  • Experience in security risk management while considering business drivers and implications.
  • Experience preparing and providing executive level statuses and presentations using MS PowerPoint, Visio and Excel. Experience producing reference documentation for technical or business reference.
  • Experience with FAIR, ISO 27001-2, NIST 800-53, OWASP, or other security frameworks.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Ability to develop creative and innovative solutions to complex business issues.
