What you’ll be doing...

  • Applies technical knowledge in determining an end to end design requirements for large projects involving the line of business, software/hardware developers, and vendors.
  • Work closely with business partners to define strategies for technical solutions, determine requirements, and develop functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives, and existing systems infrastructure.
  • Drives and participates in design, development, and implementation of large and complex enterprise-wide applications, often using new technologies.
  • Work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans and scripts serve customer needs.
  • Worked in process improvements using various Six Sigma initiatives.

What we’re looking for...

  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency

  • Experience running Scrum with JIRA with Min 5 yrs

  • Expert in executing quality / process improvement projects by building project charter and applying Six Sigma concepts to deliver Lean Six Sigma projects

  • Knowledge of numerous well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: Burndown techniques, Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc..)

  • Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing

  • Industry working experience in delivering professional software products in large-scale

  • Technical contribution such as architecture, system design, code review, system security, tradeoffs, pros and cons

  • Help team set the directions and goals

    • Coach team Into Scrum Adoption

    • Organize and Maintain Product Backlog

    • Solve / Remove Impediments

    • Promote Use of Agile Engineering Practices

    • Maintain Scrum Tools

  • UnderstandingConfiguration & Release Management,cloud, virtualization, APIs, Analytics

  • Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external groups

  • Strong product sense coupled with an ability toadapt and write product visions.

Secondary:

  • Preferred Second level Scrum Master Certification (CSP, PSM II)

  • Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.

  • Hands-on experience with Agile Tools - AttlassianAgile Project Management Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence & Bitbucket, Test Management)

  • DevOps Integration
