What you’ll be doing...

You will perform routine to moderately complex tasks to route contracts for implementation after execution, and will conduct detailed research and evaluation in support of our Sales and Bill to Cash leadership in the execution of final contracts.

  • Reviewing contracts and determining products.
  • Assigning contracts to a routing queue for implementation.
  • Pinpointing the root cause of issues and resolutions.
  • Recommending and implementing ongoing improvements and solutions that improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Quickly identifying and communicating system issues impacting production environments.
  • Assisting with the development and maintenance of process documentation.
  • Supporting changes to tools, queries, and reports as processes supported are modified or new responsibilities are acquired.
  • Managing and organizing workload for differing deadlines within the contract execution lifecycle.

You’re a well-organized, detail oriented professional who enjoys managing work efficiently to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You’re flexible, creative, and resourceful. You also have a customer service orientation and are a great communicator who can interact well with a diverse range of people.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook) as well as Google G-Suite applications.
  • Experience with Contract Processing, Billing, Inventory, Ordering, and/or Sales Ops systems.
  • Project management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Willingness to challenge existing processes while maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Ability to resolve complex and non-standard process issues.
