What you’ll be doing…

You will play a lead role in identifying and developing new mobile products, feature enhancements and launching those products to customers and the Telematics organization. You will work with key stakeholders to include cross functional internal teams and SMB & Enterprise customers. You will collaboratively create strategic prioritization to add value and ease customer pain points as well as look for opportunities to drive innovation and revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Mobile Focused - Create vision, roadmaps and work cross functionally with engineering teams to support mobile platforms

• Be Customer Obsessed – Always starts with the customer first and works back. Actively build customer relationships, understand their business goals and pain points. Be the customers’ voice.

• Entrepreneurial spirit – we’re looking for a strategic thinker who sets a product vision and strategy around the needs of our customers and growing business.

• Responsibility for defining go-to-market strategies, roadmap and Time Horizon planning for the Product or area

• Leverage an opportunity evaluation methodology, whereby priorities can be set based on business and customer value opportunities.

• Responsible for product positioning including articulating customer problems and solutions and partnering with product marketing to craft product messaging briefs for product launch cycles.

• Be an authority on market trends, emerging technologies and competitive landscapes

• Works directly with engineering team to create great quality products

• Partner closely with UX & Design to translate product vision and strategy into great a customer experience

• Foster a culture of innovation and a fail-fast philosophy in Product

• Responsible for product positioning including articulating customer problems and solutions and partnering with product marketing to craft product messaging briefs for product launch cycles.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

• 5+ years of experience working in a Product Management team

• 3+ year experience working directly with the customer on customer facing products

• 5 years of experience working closely with cross functional teams to include Software Engineering and UX/ Design teams

• 3+ years of experience working on SaaS and Mobile products

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce, Computer Science or related discipline

• Ability to travel internationally at least 25% of the time

Even better if you have:

• Experience with global companies with distributed teams and an international environment.

• High comfort level in presenting results and working with stakeholders both internal and external
