What you’ll be doing...

We are looking for people who want to be a part of an exciting and brand new type of retail concept that will lead the way in digital self-serve experiences. Verizon Express Store is a new retail store, built for the customers who want a quick and easy experience with digital self-serve tools. As a Retail Specialistor what we call anExpress Digital Consultant, you will use your outstanding interpersonal skills and passion for technology to create the ultimate in-store experience. You will leverage knowledge of Verizon and the digital self-serve tools available to the customer to make it simple for our customers to do business with us, and ensure every interaction is a positive one.

  • Welcoming customers and introducing them to store features.
  • Inspiring and exciting customers to engage in our digital, self-serve options.
  • Providing our customers with a basic understanding of the functionality and the value of our products and our accessories.
  • Supporting daily business operations, including picking and packing customer digital orders, managing inventory, and auditing cash receipts daily.
  • Managing opening and closing of store.
