What you’ll be doing...

The Sr. Analyst within Verizon Executive Relations Team oversees the internal groups required to research and resolve issues (Order, Billing, Network) and keeps our client’s and the appropriate internal teams informed through exceptional and consistent communication. Often that communication will be with external clients in addition to State and Local Agencies.

From time to time, the Sr. Analyst within Verizon Executive Relations Team will be called upon to develop Service Improvement Plans, and provide the required oversight to close all issues and mitigate future issues.

The Sr. Analyst within Verizon Executive Relations Team is 2nd level escalation team who assists customers/agencies with:

  • Client Relationship Management.
  • State/Local Agency Management.
  • Issue resolution for order, repair/incident, billing, financial/credit/collection, and chronic issues.
  • Escalation management for all issues.
  • Senior Executive Level Communication management for all issues.
  • Client education for VEC portal service engagement and escalation process.
  • Client VEC administrative issue management for registration, access/entitlement, and training.
  • Identification of service enhancements and potential growth opportunities.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Four or more years of customer service experience in a technology environment.
  • College degree preferred or 4 years work related experience.
  • Interpersonal communication, especially the ability to listen, empathizes and build relationships during short-term engagements.
  • Action-oriented, outgoing, resourceful, flexible, organized, and motivated to learn.
  • Analytical, with strong problem solving skills and a tolerance to ambiguity.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
