What you’ll be doing...

  • Lead overall Verizon strategy and national execution for door to door of Verizon’s 5G Home service
  • Primary contact and relationship manager between door to door agents & Verizon
  • Develop end-to-end sales & marketing plans, including promotions and training
  • Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) through regular conversation with internal and external teams, as well careful analysis of results & opportunities
  • Manage the contract between Verizon and door to door agents to ensure compliance, identify new opportunities within contract, and negotiate/execute contract changes
  • Monitor and modify compensation structure of agents to drive desired performance
  • Improve the customer experience by evaluating internally and externally for continuous improvement
  • Provide regular KPI analytics, as well as ad hoc reporting to agents and leadership on sales performance and opportunities
  • Coordinate internal cross-functional teams to support door to door sales
  • Support, coordinate and lead Verizon field support to implement national and local objectives
  • Oversee all commissions discrepancies for agents, and drive to resolution
  • Manage any customer escalations thorough resolution by leverage internal and external resources
  • Manage forecasting and inventory process related to door to door sales
  • Liaison between agents and Verizon merchandising teams to ensure brand is well represented by agents’ businesses
  • Visit local door to door markets/offices and participate in ride-alongs to evaluate performance/compliance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Present sales results to executive management, and sales plans for approval and implementation
  • Develop budgets and ensure funding is effectively spent by reviewing impact of all spend

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years of marketing, sales or Indirect channel management

Even better if you have:

  • Masters degree.
  • Three or more years of marketing, sales or Indirect channel management.
  • Leadership abilities to set direction and work with internal and external teams to accomplish objectives.
  • Self-motivation, ability to take smart risks and consistently demonstrates positive results.
  • Competencies including planning and strategic/critical analysis of business cases.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Executive-level management interaction.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Advanced PowerPoint presentation skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
