What you’ll be doing...

As Manager-Human Resources, this person will oversee the entire lifecycle of strategic Human Resources projects, which may include timeline development, communication strategies, document management, stakeholder relations, and analysis. This person will develop a broad understanding of project objectives and timelines in order to create overarching communications plans and messages.You'll work closely with related project teams, including business leaders, Organizational Effectiveness, L&D, HR Business Partners, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Legal/Labor Relations, Real Estate, and IT.You will:

  • Build and manage relationships with team members and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on project strategy scope
  • Serve as the point of contact for questions regarding project timelines, resources, and communication strategy, and escalate as needed to provide guidance to stakeholders
  • Utilize best practice methodologies to enhance organization structure, roles and responsibilities, job redesigns, job descriptions, and skills assessments
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR Business Partners to effectively lead and support HR initiatives
  • Evaluate risk with project team, regularly design, develop, and implement risk mitigation strategies, processes, and policies
  • Evaluate completed projects to recommend and implement process improvements for future projects
  • Provide consistent readouts of project checkpoints in various formats as needed (e.g. email, conference calls, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Provide additional reporting as needed to key stakeholders
  • Design, develop, and manage end-to-end communications and partner with key stakeholders to ensure appropriate cascading and delivery
  • Partner with business leaders, Change Management, Human Resources, Legal, Labor Relations, Public Relations, etc. to deliver communications, including tool kits and job aids, and complete feedback loop post communications

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Project Management certification or MBA preferred
  • Six or more years of experience and success in project management or communications
  • Four or more years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Design/Development, Change Management, or Employee Relations
  • Expert proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with organizational design tools, such as Visio or Org Plus
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills with experience in managing virtual meetings
