We’re looking for a Marketing Designer with exceptional design skills who can show us a portfolio of work that gets us excited to make you a part of the team. Specifically, we’re looking for a “jack of many trades.” Your primary responsibilities will include graphic design for a variety of mediums, and video editing and creation. In addition, we’re looking for someone who has coding experience for things like front-end email campaigns.

Our designers are dreamers and doers who can concept big ideas as well as execute the fine details. And when project hiccups inevitably arise, our Designers use their experience, imagination and resourcefulness to overcome these challenges and produce high quality work – every time. Key responsibilities for the Marketing Designer include:

  • Develop and design marketing collateral elements for our products and solutions for our Sales Channels.
  • Develop and design videos for internal and external awareness.
  • Create innovative experiences for the team that showcase the value and breadth of the organization.
  • Develop and design marketing elements to drive sales for VLS products, platforms and services.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Graphic design experience.
  • Mac experience.
  • Experience with digital design (website UI, email design, etc.).

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Strong knowledge and technical skills across all graphic design media.
  • Strong with presentation software such as Apple Keynote and MS PowerPoint.
  • Five or more years of working experience.
  • Strong collaboration skills across teams to assess needs and design creative materials in multiple marketing channels, including print, web, and promotional items.
  • Ability to contribute to all aspects of the creative process, including concept development, design, production, revisions and file release to production.
  • Highly creative, versatile conceptual / visual ability, and originality.
  • Ability to work discreetly on potentially sensitive material.
  • Ability to collect and apply internal feedback to designs, refining them to meet expectations.
  • Knowledge of the entire Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in all design aspects.
  • Ability to learn and always look for challenges.
  • Ability to effectively manage your time and working against deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on projects.
  • Ability to take creative projects from concept to final design.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts.
  • Ability to prepare rough drafts and present your ideas.
  • Ability to see value in amending final designs based on feedback.
