What you’ll be doing...

You will be a member of the Department of the Interior (DOI) program team. Specifically, you will be responsible for overall customer satisfaction for a DOI bureau and communicate regularly with the customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage individual projects for the bureaus (or others as assigned) from project initiation to project close-outs.
  • Support order implementation.
  • Act as an escalation contract or operation issues.
  • Monitor contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA) and report Verizon's performance on those agreements to DOI.

    What we’re looking for...

    You’ll need to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
    • Three or more years of relevant work experience.

    Even better if you have:

    • A degree.
    • ITIL v3 Certification, or will obtain certification within six months of your start date.
    • Worked in a client facing role and resolved operational problems.
    • Managed and negotiated with internal and external organizations.
    • Willingness to be on call for afterhours support as needed.
    • Program Manager Professional Certification.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills (e.g VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
