What you’ll be doing...

The Verizon Consumer Group Cross Channel & Systems of Insight Analytics team delivers value to Verizon through business intelligence reporting and analytics by driving insights to actions. This opportunity is on the Data Management & Governance team which is responsible for developing & enhancing the analytics & insight platforms for the Systems of Insight through best practices to ensure future success.

This position will be responsible for partnering with key business teams in managing the strategy and tactical execution & integration of the Adobe suite of tools with the goal of improving online engagement and purchase. This position requires a pragmatic, best practice approach and working closely with other functions.

You have the ability to lead and facilitate cross functional teams to gain consensus and execute to deliver results. You have the ability to define the future state, as well as identifying the steps to get there. You are able to multitask under short deadlines, based upon general direction. You can investigate and solve complex problems and discrepancies with the ability to develop solutions that align tactical solutions with strategic goals. You have strong oral and written communication skills, including ability to explain complex concepts simply across all levels.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree or Master’s degree in marketing, statistics, economics, math, finance, engineering or other related field.
  • Three or more years of experience in the following:
    • Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics & Adobe Data Workbench or similar tools.
    • Website architecture and web/app client functionality; competency with HTML, javascript & API development.
    • Experience in applying site testing and personalization tools utilizing Adobe Target, Campaign, and Analytics.
    • A/B and multivariate testing methodology and techniques.
    • Tag Management and Site Personalization tools and technologies.
    • Experience in audience segments & segment creation to better target the online experience and build audiences in Adobe Audience Manager, integrating these customer segments into the online experience to present relevant experiences to different types of customers/visitors.
    • Experience with Adobe audience manager configurations & industry best practices.
