What you’ll be doing...

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate/manage monthly vendor reporting and meetings
  • Review/manage expense reports prior to Director approval to ensure compliance with Corporate Policy
  • Ensure Monthly reporting requirements are being met – Headcount, Staff Assignments, Newsletter, etc.
  • Oversee budgetary objectives for Director/Region
    • Review budgetary information; both capital and expense
    • Manage spending process for region
    • Monitor expense reports and track overtime for effective budget management
  • Plan and organize activities for the department
  • Coordinate/monitor training assignments for team

What we’re looking for...

You will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Strong strategic skills, time-management and organizational skills, and ability to clearly communicate and present information to seek buy-in.
  • Ability to multi-task, supporting teams in multiple locations.
  • Ability to be data driven and become a subject matter expert on our internal tools, processes, applications, and metrics
