What you’ll be doing...

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 500 + users
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Serve as primary Point of contact for Devops Implemtation , handle end to end coding and integrations with Jenkins/ Sales force Cloud.
  • Define & Manage & code for CI/CD pipeline with all mandatory enablers ( Dev ops and Devsecops enables)
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
  • Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
  • Effectively act as the liaison between vendors and the application development teams
  • Continually work towards making improvements in the release process
  • Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists.
  • Plan the release windows and cycles to meet
  • Communicate deployment notes to required stakeholders
  • Dealing with SSO, two-factor authentication, and certificate problems.
  • Expanding or refining sharing rules and access privileges so records can be properly viewed and manipulated
  • Sandbox creations and making it available for users.
  • Salesforce License Management

What we’re looking for...

Educational Requirement

  • BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field.

    Experience Requirements

  • 5-8 years of Salesforce Admin Experience
  • Saleforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred
  • Source-driven and disposable deploymentexperience on Salesforce DX & scratch org
  • Strong CI/CD implementation experience on salesforce cloud
  • Experience on Salesforce Analytics & Reporting. Knowledge Einstein is preferred
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
  • Strong data management abilities
  • Understanding of Vlocity build & deployment process is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Devops tools like Git, Jenkins , Artifactory

Good understanding of Git Branching model and best practices

  • Experience on Cloud migration and Cloud technologies are preferred.
  • Experience in infrastructure sizing and estimates.
