What you’ll be doing...

  • Exhibit Leadership – drive large and key business programs to success and completion
  • Facilitate team’s progress towards team goals - Assemble and influence cross-discipline virtual teams for successfully delivering key business programs. Continuously challenge the old norms of development to improve performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow, and velocity.
  • Support Stakeholders - Drive requirements and understand and track dependencies across multiple sub-projects or cross-group projects, keep stakeholders informed about the status
  • Facilitate meetings - Facilitates all team meetings, including (where applicable) the Daily Stand-up and other Agile ceremonies
  • Eliminate Impediments - Many blocking issues will be beyond the team’s authority or may require support from other teams. Actively addresses these issues so that the team can remain focused on achieving the objectives
  • Promote Quality practices – Assist the teams in constantly improving the quality of the deliverables and meeting the Definition of Done (DoD). Foster the culture of technical discipline and craftsmanship that is the hallmark of effective agile teams.
  • Build high-performing team – Focuses on ever-improving team dynamics and performance. Help the team manage interpersonal conflicts, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Escalate people problems to management where necessary, but only after internal team processes have failed to resolve the issue; help individuals and teams through personnel changes.
  • Coordinate with other teams – Coordinate with other teams to solve the dependencies and facilitate information exchange between the teams
  • Support Estimating - Guides the team in establishing normalized estimates and helps the team understand how to estimate user stories
  • Lead small teams – Be able to lead small teams and guide them in Program Management

What we’re looking for...

  • 5+ years of prior experience in a Program Management role
  • Proven experience in handling Agile programs and driving them to completion
  • Results oriented with a strong delivery focus and ability to work independently and collaboratively with global cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of SDLC methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall
  • Familiarity with SAFE framework
  • Education in a related technical field (e.g. computer science, engineering, networking) preferred
  • PMP, Agile, SAFe and/or MBA preferred
  • Willingness to work in the night shift is preferred
