What you’ll be doing...

This position involves customer order fulfillment at various stages throughout our supply chain process. The candidate will interface with internal Sales Teams, Project Management Teams, Customer Account Teams and Suppliers. The objective with this position is to secure equipment on time and in accordance with a scheduled customer installation in order to recognize revenue.

This role will require extensive collaboration with various internal and external teams to support the S&OP process. This position will support/lead supply chain-optimization related projects involving cross-functional teams at an aggressive pace on an enterprise-wide scale. You will also have significant leadership experience, demonstrated successes driving cross-functional process improvement, enabling tangible benefit to the business. The candidate will be the catalyst for driving continuous improvement while supporting the day-to-day operations

Specific functions relative to this position include allocating equipment on Sales Orders, amending Sales Orders as needed for proper fulfillment, releasing orders to the warehouse, and processing a host of Order Coordination Tasks in the Provisioning Controller system.

Responsible for managing purchase orders for material and services that support the Distributor Direct Program. Works closely with Engineering, Sourcing, Network Planning, Field Operations, Vendors and 3PL DD Suppliers to ensure materials and services are delivered timely.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with planning & replenishment systems.
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience with managing a reverse logistics process including planning, operations and returns forecasting.
  • Experience managing replenishment activities out of a regional distribution center.
  • Experience in managing employees.
  • Strong problem solver with ability to resolve conflicts, assertive, good in both written and oral communications with ability to create and deliver executive presentations.
  • Effective interpersonal and mentoring skills in driving employee performance, engagement, satisfaction and development.
  • Leadership skills and ability to engage, influence and develop collaborative partnerships with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines; manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented work environment.
  • Ability to apply advanced analytic techniques such as optimization, simulation, data mining and statistics to design, implement, validate and refine mathematical models and algorithms to understand and optimize supply chain.
  • Experience in end-to-end supply chains, established effectiveness with managing inventory improvement initiatives with a focus in Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, CPFR processes, and S&OP processes.
  • Experience with vendor relationship management, negotiation skills, and implementation supplier scorecards (OEM / 3PL Management).
