What you’ll be doing...

This role provides critical support for designated Local Agent (LA) and Full Service Local Agent (FSLA) partners. The role will focus on the execution of strategies and initiatives to increase Fios sales and Fios/Wireless unified offers, support the relationship with assigned LA vendors, and oversee sales and support needs for FSLA. This role will develop and deliver programs that drive sales, and will provide sales support, often assisting agents with inquiries. This role will also develop and execute internal and external policies, procedures, standards, and protocols to deliver/exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Account management, including regular communication and alignment with Fios agent leadership
  • Set, communicate, and drive sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (sales units, internet speed mix, TV mix, cancel rates, close rates, etc.)
  • Develop and execute internal and external policies, procedures, standards, and protocols
  • Research, review, and recommend new agents and locations as needed
  • Develop and maintain project plans
  • Leverage reporting, benchmarking, and industry trends to grow sales and efficiency
  • Develop and enhance reporting tools, participate on weekly meetings, drive process improvements
  • Manage FSLA channel adherence to Local Franchise Agreement requirements
  • Lead conference calls and training sessions to align with internal/external partners

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration or four or more years of work experience
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivation, ability to take smart risks and consistently demonstrate positive results
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Google applications
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills

Even better if you have:

  • Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to plan and manage numerous processes and ad hoc projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in developing and analyzing reports (SQL, cube reporting and Tableau)
  • Three or more years of experience in telecommunications/wireless industry
  • Three or more years of experience in sales, marketing, or operations
