What you’ll be doing...

You'll provide metrics and data analytics support for the Managed Services Operations organization in VBG to identify performance trends and drive highest levels of organizational performance against a wide range of KPIs and objectives. Act as a consultative resource for the leadership team to shape business decisions and achieve desired business outcomes.

  • Create or guide the development of performance dashboards.
  • Build models to assess trends, productivity and performance.
  • Analyze results and identify strengths and opportunities in performance.
  • Provide key data and insightful reporting on metrics and analytics.
  • Translate business plans, strategies and initiatives into performance goals.
  • Manage related projects and initiatives with stakeholder groups.

What we’re looking for...

You’re highly analytical and have an eye for detail and accuracy. Making sense of quantitative data is a real strength and you manage to synthesize complex information into easily understood insights. People look to you to solve problems and dig deep into issues. You trust your own judgment and can clearly communicate your recommendations. You’re a team player, but can also work independently. You can handle tight timelines and you know how to prioritize to get the most important tasks done first.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Three or more years of reporting and analytics experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Google Suite.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or Finance.
  • Analyzed quantitative data and written reports.
  • Prepared presentations and visual data displays for key performance indicators.
  • Experience in managing projects and programs.
  • Formulated and implemented strategies within defined time frames.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker who can analyze data to make appropriate process/business decisions/recommendations and shape business strategy.
  • Solid communication and presentation skills.
