What you’ll be doing...

This position will support the Digital Operations "Go to Digital" program and bring robust governance over the manner in which code releases are done and functionality made visible to customers.

  • Work closely with engineering, design, testing, digital operations, and Omni teams to ensure operational checklists are met before updates are made to Production environments.
  • Governance will revolve around legal, security, accessibility, functionality, testing, checkpoints, and etc.
  • Focus on constant vigilance and awareness around code promotion with a goal of reducing the production burden through clean, defect-free releases.

What we’re looking for...

You have the ability to quickly understand various technology platforms and internal systems. You are able to take complex requirements and turn them into simple solutions. You are highly organized, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You’ll need to have:

  • Associate’s degree or two or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Knowledge in data analytics.
  • Technical knowledge of the development lifecycle (design, build, test, release).
  • Experience with Product Development/Management tools (Jira/Confluence).
  • Knowledge with basic web development practices.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
