What you’ll be doing...

We’re looking for someone who can facilitate all projects and content releases for the team. You’ll make sure that the core team members are on track with deadlines, documenting processes, and communicating with key members on updates. You’ll be responsible for working back with our technical experts and business stakeholders for finalized requirements for customer experiences related to new device launches, promotions, and website improvements.


  • Manage enhancements to the system as the business evolves and new pricing, products and services are launched.
  • Integrate new CMS platform design changes/ authoring enhancements to meet strategic business objectives.
  • Support and/or perform a project management role. This role includes responsibility for the launch of new projects and maintenance activity on .com.
  • Manage launch plan, content, status and all aspects of new and existing products online.
  • Maintain tracking and communication of new product launches.
  • Troubleshoot system integration across multiple platforms impacting products online. This includes pricing, inventory, plans, features and other data feeds impacting the site.
  • Work on high profile, proprietary product launches. Ensuring all critical information is appropriately represented on Digital channel.
  • Troubleshooting and analysis to quickly assess data and technical issues on the websites and take necessary actions to correct or escalate to appropriate resource.
  • Document business and technical requirements for enhancements to verizonwireless.com and interfacing systems.
  • Participate in testing and sign-off of project related enhancements to website and interfacing systems.
  • People manage contractors on the team.
  • Ensure that team members are cross-trained and have an equal amount of work across the team.
  • Present project plans and/or strategic goals to leadership and impacted teams.
  • Identify, develop, and implement process improvements.

What we’re looking for...

You have the ability to manage deadlines and multiple/simultaneous, highly complex, cross-functional projects/initiatives. You will have strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. You have strong communication skills both written and verbal and are comfortable interacting with various people at all levels in and out of the organization.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Five or more years of experience in content management.
  • Five or more years of experience in Business Systems Analysis experience or relevant.
  • Five or more years of experience in sales, operations and/or marketing experience; e-commerce / digital marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of Oracle ATG/Endeca.
  • Knowledge of Lucidworks/Fusion.
  • Knowledge of content management systems reporting capabilities to complete complex projects.
  • Experience in troubleshooting system integration across multiple platforms impacting products online. This includes pricing, inventory, plans, features and other data feeds impacting the site.
  • Knowledge of Adobe AEM.
  • Knowledge of JIRA.
  • HTML experience.
  • Experience working with a Customer Experience Management (CRM) system.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills.
