What you’ll be doing...

The Senior Analyst Finance and Credit Operations will be responsible for tactical execution of finance operations strategy and call center technology initiatives. In this role, the individual will be responsible for administration of a dialer system, execution of outbound strategy, campaign management, reporting, and analytics.

Functional Outcome

  • Implementation of finance collection strategy and timelines as it relates to the use of dialer to reduce bad debt and churn.
  • Responsible for evaluation of outbound dialing effectiveness, making recommendations, and changes when appropriate.
  • Communicate results, trends, as well as corrective actions to upper management.
  • Measure overall outbound engagement as it relates to File Penetration, Connect Rates, and Right party connects.
  • Research, benchmark, and recommend emergent outbound engagement solutions.

Dialer Strategy

  • Deep understanding of collection process, timelines and systems.
  • Knowledge of external factors that govern the dialing strategy such as TCPA, FDCPA and or other environmental factors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team to deliver on key performance indicators.

Dialer System Administration

  • Deep understanding of the dialer file structure.
  • Expert knowledge of a campaign structure.
  • Ability to build and maintain a campaign.
  • Expert skills with reporting and analytics to determine variances.
  • Troubleshooting of the dialer system and managing outages.

Dialer Maintenance

  • Auditing of files, campaigns, results, and dialer attributes.
  • Complete daily systems health check to ensure optimal dialer performance.
  • Work with the field call center operations team to resolve issues in a timely manner.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Master's degree.
  • Call Center technology experience.
  • Experience with Dialer, IEX, Verint, Avayaor related scheduling and call recoding software.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification.
  • Resource management experience.
  • Analytics and reporting experience.
  • Finance and Collections experience.
