What you’ll be doing…

  • Create C-level business development relationships to identify and then drive large (minimum $5M+) Customer Experience (CX) transformational solutions with strategic enterprise clients.
  • Responsible for customized offers and innovative solution development focused on business efficiencies and complex problem solving.
  • Lead technical discussions to gain consultative standing with our client, and then lead transformational deal discussions with critical lines of business decision makers.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • 6+ years of enterprise solution selling.
  • 6+ years of CX consulting and/or design experience, working with enterprise organizations.
  • A Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Demonstrated an excellent understanding of VZ solutions in Customer Experience/Contact Center Solutions.
  • Experience closing large transformational enterprise sales.
  • Have a high level of both technical and business acumen.
  • Prior experience proving out business development relationships at C-levels and business unit owners.
  • Proven leadership abilities to develop business process re-engineering for strategic clients.
  • Ability to lead a group of internal and external stakeholders to a common goal is critical.
  • CCXP highly desirable.
