What you’ll be doing...

The Presentation Designer will perform a critical role within the operations organization, with responsibility of crafting effective, dynamic, and well thought out executive level presentations. This role willcollaborate with executive leadership, stakeholders, and peers to apply design skills to create a vision, iterate quickly, revise, and produce final presentations.

The Presentation Designer will have a strong eye for design and is responsible for designing, producing, and updating presentations. This individual must be able to demonstrate (via online portfolio, or sample presentations) expert knowledge and experience with design and storytelling for high-level presentations. The ideal candidate possesses an understanding of typography and layout and be a visual problem solver, to dissect complex information to simplify and abstract it for easier audience digestion.

  • Offers key leadership consultancy-type service when developing presentations.
  • Brainstorms with leadership to develop ideas and create graphically engaging, concise presentations.
  • Ensures all presentations are delivered in a beautifully designed, consistent, accurate, and impactful manner under tight deadlines.
  • Accountable for producing amazing and informative visuals.
  • Ensures accuracy and attention to detail to meet or exceed overall design objectives.
  • Respond to requests and communications in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Apply appropriate layout, typography, dynamic visuals, color and imagery, and clean design aesthetic to all presentations.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Master’s degree – more impressive if you have an MBA.
  • Three or more years of experience working in a creative agency or similar environment.
  • High degree of organization with ability to prioritize projects, communicate progress, and deliver on time.
  • Willingness to demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing high-end presentation design skills.
  • Expert in PowerPoint.
  • Written and spoken effectively and ability to clearly communicate with peers and the leadership team.
  • Ability to interpret and apply written and verbal direction to design assignments.
  • Ability to state opinions clearly and can verbally describe visual concepts.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to share designs with team early in the process to gain alignment on the visual strategy and content.
  • Ability to listen well and incorporate others viewpoints in the design process.
  • Worked with minimal direction and can be counted on for accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to shift priorities quickly within a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of the scope of role and seekhelp from team members or other resources as needed.
