What you’ll be doing...

The Security Services Operations Team is accountable for management and operations of critical information systems that include: user access to our core applications and systems, privilege account management, directory services, single sign-on, and data protection services. The Director, Security Services Operations will lead a team of platform and process administrators responsible for:

  • Managing the 24x7 secure operations of critical security infrastructure provided by a team of developers and administrators across multiple locations.
  • Ensuring that the solutions and platforms are secure and compliant, highly available, and scalable
  • Transforming operations through automation across platform and system maintenance and restoration, manual transactional processes, and identity provisioning
  • Managing and maintaining a variety of platforms such as the identity platforms (CIM, CVCE, Identity Manager); Active Directory and Single Sign-On services; and data protection services that include digital certificate provisioning and tokenization platforms
  • Aligning complex business problems to appropriate technology solutions that deliver strong returns on investment
  • Driving continuous improvement leveraging the latest industry standards and tools to evolve defense capabilities
  • Ensuring system, application and data access is commensurate with roles
  • Ensuring all processes and access are in line with corp policies (GSAM, CPI-810, etc)
  • Assessing and measuring operational efficiency and excellence through KPI metrics

What we’re looking for...

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of relevant experience operating large scale IT infrastructure and applications, application development and support, and securing highly scalable online transactional systems
  • Leadership experience driving continued operational process improvement
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of cyber risks and adversaries and impact to large corporations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead during incident management situations including identification, containment and restoration activities
  • Possesses strong communication and presentation skills along with the ability to handle multiple priorities and high stress situations
  • Strong relationship skills and collaborative style to enable success across key stakeholders and business partners

Even better if you have:

  • Proven success managing and securing identity and access management systems and active directory platforms, automation of provisioning processes at large, complex Fortune 500 Company
  • Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as NIST
  • Strong familiarity with telecommunications and technology companies, customers, products and services
  • Master’s degree preferred
