What you’ll be doing...

We need to keep our reliable network thriving to be able to provide our customers with ground breaking technology. You will be a key member of the Engineering team, leading the evolution effort of our network toward Network in a Box concept. You would work closely with teams leading the architecture evolution and planning effort of IMS core infrastructure and application platforms, as well as working on new access technologies. You will provide technical leadership and provide direction to vendors and internal teams on programs impacted with network changes.

As a Senior Technical Project Manager you will collaborate and contribute to intelligent infrastructure solutions starting with close engagement with network team and then progress through the service lifecycle by assessing the network’s current state, developing recommendations, developing notional design solutions, implementation oversight, validation and deployment of end-to-end solutions that meet customer requirements, as well as post-launch technical activities such as assisting the implementation vendor(s) with troubleshooting, operations review, ongoing service development/optimization. You will be responsible for delivering customer facing solutions related to activation, ordering, account management, billing as we expand network solutions offering like VoLTE, VoIP, international calling, International roaming etc.


  • Manage the planning, development, design, and implementation of the wireless network related programs
  • Own delivery of end to end network programs with impact on multiple teams including Network, Billing, Front end Engineering and OSS/BSS systems.
  • Be the driving force behind execution to optimize the end to end technology solutions delivery process.
  • Responsible to driving and debugging customer experience issues with network like activations, call drops etc.
  • Interact with vendors to obtain root cause analysis’ for carrier outages, immediately obtain/create and distribute preventive procedures to avoid recurring outages, and works with network engineering to drive the vendors to deliver the final resolutions/fixes required to prevent future outages.
  • Understand customer requirements and be responsible for driving the product road maps and features.
  • Ensure that product and technology teams work with business, marketing and customer service to understand the needs and aspiration of the buyers, sellers and third-party developers.
  • Manage executive program/project expectations including owning escalation and communication across all levels.
  • Manage the coordination and project deliverables between internal project organizations as well as 3rdparty partners
  • Lead cross functional teams thru full project/ program life cycle
  • Document all aspects of the project including requirements, risk, issues, schedule and meetings.
  • Ability to operate in uncertainty and adapt quickly to change.

What we’re looking for...


  • Strong Delivery/Project management experience.
  • BS in Engineering or BS in related or tech field.
  • MS Engineering management or related field would be a plus
  • 10 + years managing wireless network deployments / integrations.
  • Strong experience of working in and have deep technical understanding of wireless networks, LTE and IoT networks
  • Experience with TCP/IP, Routing and OSI 7-layer protocol.
  • Solutions Architecture Experience with LTE, IMS, VoLTE, VoIP Solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly analyze situations, identify problems, and provide solutions.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, Netmask, DIAMETER, SIP, LDAP and load balancing.
  • Effectively interface with technical personnel and learn the technical flow of complex systems to communicate with customers as well as management team.
  • Must possess high energy to maintain a sense of urgency throughout the project
  • Work Independently. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability in vetting requirements, and drive quality within program or project
  • Experience managing vendor relationships.
