What you’ll be doing...

The provisioning position is responsible for supporting Verizon’s customer requests for telecommunications services. Provisioners will design, implement and ensure requests are processed in a timely manner to meet our customer’s expectations. They will also be required to document all order activity and ensure data integrity in all of our system. In addition, this position will be responsible for communicating all milestones to our customers and internal teams thru-out the order lifecycle.

  • Receive orders from Sales; verify order is complete and data accurate.
  • Design circuits using Circuit Inventory System; create ASR and verify that all fields are accurate for LEC; track, receive and verify FOC and DLR from LEC.
  • Monitor order progress and resolve jeopardy situations that may delay order completion.
  • Order and track equipment necessary for circuit installation
  • Ensure all orders are closed out correctly in LEC and internal systems

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • Knowledge of circuit design and mainframe systems.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience with circuit delivery.
  • Vendor management experience.
