What you’ll be doing...

We’re looking for a media operations and analytics expert with a passion for digging deep for actionable insights, and building necessary tools and infrastructure to support a growing business and its learning organizational mindset. As a part of the digital media and analytics team at Visible, you will partner with brand, social, member engagement, product teams, plus our agencies, to assess data infrastructure and requirements, including leading efforts around maintenance of existing tagging system, as well as implementation of new tagging across web, app, and media platforms. You’ll be the first line of defense in ensuring data accuracy throughout the collection, transformation, and analytics flow, and will support insights generation efforts across marketing and member care operations. You bring your sixth sense for spotting stories and trends behind data, an impeccable attention to detail and a genuine hunger for learning, that we’ll trust you to leave no stone unturned. This is a full-time position based at the Visible headquarters in Denver, CO, where you will collaborate with team members across functions as well as our executive team.

Your Role at Visible

Your primary responsibilities include managing the day to day data and analytics operations for Visible, plus:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between cross-functional teams and media agencies to assess data infrastructure and define requirements

  • Implement necessary tagging and QA across web, app, and media platforms

  • Monitor and analyze data pipeline and marketing performance in relation to the pulse of the business, and own quality assurance and ongoing debugging of analytics channels

  • Assist in development of marketing campaign measurement plans and ongoing optimization of campaign activities according to data analysis

  • Support ongoing and ad hoc data pull, analysis, and reporting needs

What we’re looking for...

What You Bring to Visible (a.k.a. qualifications)

  • 3-5 years of mobile and / or digital analytics or marketing experience, including media buying or agency experience

  • Proven experience of successfully managing and deploying digital marketing platforms and tools, including but not limited to Adobe suite of products, DoubleClick and AdWords, search and display platforms, plus social platforms

  • Familiarity with technical digital marketing ecosystems, media tagging, website and app custom event tagging, and digital campaign performance analysis best practices

  • Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally, as well as to senior stakeholders

  • Comfortable with fast-paced environments and rapidly changing priorities

  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills
