What you’ll be doing...

Primary point person for planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of medium to large projects supporting the Global Network & Technology organization.
This position requires quickly gaining an understanding of core technical systems and new technologies. Plus, will oversee all aspects of managing a project including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing the progress of each project. Additionally, this position will coordinate with other departments, staff members and third party/vendors to ensure all aspects of each project are completed to fulfill the needs of the business.

  • Collaborates effectively and partners with stakeholders, third party/vendors, and other staff members to properly define project scope and objectives by capturing and clarifying specific requirements of each project
  • Independently manages the detailed project plan, tracking of project performance and the delegation of project tasks to successfully complete each project. Overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of medium to large projects.
  • Presents findings and insights targeted to audience priorities (up to the executive level).

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in design and delivery of employee training.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • PMP Certification
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and training approaches.
  • Consulted with HR professionals and their business clients.
  • Managed projects effectively balancing timeliness and quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/G-Suite
  • Excellent Data analysis and analytical skills with the ability to develop measurements and track project initiative metrics.
