What you’ll be doing...

Receives goal based guidance & is held accountable for governance and programs. Exercises considerable independent judgment in developing strategies and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Work is accomplished without considerable direction. The employee is responsible for planning and executing to achieve goals. The employee identifies key stakeholders and works collaboratively to develop processes and execution plans. Employee will be required to advocate and defend their conclusions and recommendations based on their own research and analysis.

  • Cost Benchmarking and regression analysis – Gathering cost data from lease portfolio, creating and reporting on market benchmarking and looking at variables contributing to cost with an eye toward trending.
  • Business Case analysis for Portfolio deals, modeling and data collection– Employee will be required to develop business case model and identify available stakeholder sources of data to analyze cost benefit of proposed negotiations.
  • Target Building Analysis: Employee will use buildings lists and attribute criteria to provide insight into targeted buildings, like what are the building targets, are there any wireless/wireline synergies, where are portfolio agreement available.

Cost/ Savings Avoidance, Benchmarking Average Market Costs

  • Tracking and reporting of savings and avoidance in Building Access agreements and negotiations.
  • Regression analysis, average market costs to create benchmarking and costs projections.

Business Case Development and Production for Portfolio Deals

  • Develop and support creation of standardized business cases for portfolio deals
  • Data Collection to support Business Case
  • Identify opportunities for enhanced ownership relationships to support ongoing programs within the firm (ex: One Fiber, Access Unification)

Process Interval, KPI, Throughput, Invoice Analysis and Reporting

  • Scorecard development and production for Vendors
  • KPI reporting
  • Invoice Validation

Target Building Analysis and Reporting

  • Analysis of Building Lists for Portfolio Targeting
  • Correlating Building Attribute Criteria with Building Trigger Types
  • Escalation and Customer Advocacy Reporting

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with proven focus on Excel.

Even better if you have:

  • A Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Excellent communication skills, time management skills, organizational skills.
  • Strong desire to learn.
  • Experience in developing executive level briefings and presentations.
  • Ability to understand systems and system integration to support process efficiency.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and work with multi-functional work teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a high intensity production driven and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvements to evolve with changing needs.
  • Ability to understand needs and objectives of all stakeholders.
  • Extensive analytical, critical thinking, and judgment skills.
  • Ability to work independently and escalate when appropriate.
  • Extensive computing skills in Excel, PowerPoint and related systems for gathering/management of Service Performance measurements.
  • Candidate should have excellent collaboration skills and be independently motivated.
  • Candidate should have a sense of urgency, drive towards efficiency and possess a natural curiosity and ability to communicate questions.
